Returns and refunds
Alo Info wants you to be delighted with your new purchase. If you're not happy with an item and want to return it, we're here to help.
It is possible, as long as the product to be returned has not been part of a package, combo or bundle, since if so, the return must be for the complete package. In the same way, the clarification periods for changes and returns apply, as well as the restrictions on non-applicable products.
I. Return procedure
Unless otherwise stated in the particular conditions of sale, all Products purchased at Alo Info may be returned and refunded, provided that the Customer and/or User notifies Alo Info in writing of their intention to return the Product(s). s) acquired within a maximum period of 10 (ten) business days from the delivery date and provided that the User and/or Client complies with the rest of the CU established in this section.
Once the period of 10 (ten) business days has expired, Alo Info will not accept returns or cancellations for purchases of incorrect Products or cancellations of services.
If the refund is accepted, the refunded amount will be credited within 5-10 days.
II. Product damaged during shipping
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, you can return it within 2 (two) business days from the date of receipt of the order.
We kindly ask you to check the package and its contents upon arrival. Please do not accept the delivery in case of noticing any damage or missing pieces, since with your signature you confirm the arrival in order to the parcel and the insurance of the same may not be valid.
III. wrong product
You can return the product if it does not match your order within 2 (two) business days from the date of receipt of the order.
IV. Particular conditions
Returns are not accepted on Software products (boxes or electronic purchases).
The Client will not have the right to cancel the purchase of Products and/or services in the following cases: (i) Products made according to the Client's specifications or clearly personified; (ii) discs, memory cards for PC, immediate copy products (CD, DVD, Blu-ray, Software, Videogames), electronics, computer programs, which have been unsealed by the Client, as well as computer programs, supplied by electronically, capable of being downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use; and (iii) services whose execution begins, with the agreement of the Client and/or User, prior to the end of said period of ten (10) business days.
There are no returns or physical exchanges on cartridges, toners, thermal film, software and fine pens, exhibition products, demos, liquidations, deals, CDs. Any claim for these products will be directly with the manufacturer.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, closed (in case the mistake is visible on the surface of the product), or in its original packaging, accompanied by its manuals and accessories if it is open.
Minimum conditions to make a return: For a product to apply for a return, (whether the packaging has been opened or not), it must be in the same conditions as at the time of purchase, that is, without showing alteration or damage. and include all its parts, accessories, manuals, warranty certificates and IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Otherwise we will not be able to apply any type of refund.
IMPORTANT: Do not paste anything that alters the original packaging and packaging.
Alo Info will only accept returns when the following requirements are met:
1. The Product must be returned in the same state in which it was delivered and its original packaging and labeling must be kept, in the event that it does not have the original packaging, Alo Info reserves the right not to accept the return of the product.
2. The shipment must be made using the same box or envelope in which the Product was originally sent, or failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition.
3. A copy of the return receipt must be included, where the returned Product(s) and the reason for the return are also marked.
You must pack your product with the complete accessories, manuals and original packaging for the correct evaluation of your product. It is essential that you keep the original packaging, please note that if you do not keep the original packaging, or if it is in poor condition, your return will be rejected. Alo Info reserves the right to accept the return due to the product being incomplete, missing accessories, showing damage, dirt, misuse, incomplete packaging, missing labels or seals).
Once we have the product in our warehouses, we will proceed to carry out a quality analysis with which we will ensure that the product is in good condition and that no part is missing. In 10 (ten) business days we will tell you if your return is appropriate and if positive, we will proceed with the cancellation and refund of your money; If not, we will send the product back to your home. We will evaluate that the product is in good condition (no damage), with complete accessories and original packaging.
The refund will be made through the same payment method that the Customer and/or User used to make the purchase, except in the case of purchases made by prepaid card, in which case the refund to the Customer and/or User will be made by delivery of a gift voucher for the same value as the purchase.
Alo Info reserves the right to accept the return of any product damaged accidentally by the customer and for damage caused by faults and/or current variations. Alo Info does not accept returns due to dissatisfaction, we recommend that you read in detail the characteristics of the product to be purchased before buying it.
In perishable products, returns or physical changes are not accepted.
Alo Info will not accept returns on products on request or special or exclusive products requested by the customer outside the general Alo Info catalog. For any purchase of more than 5 units of the same product or greater than 2,000 USD (or its equivalent in national currency) Alo Info will not accept returns for the reason of "Customer - Change of mind" and the customer accepts that said purchase will not generate a return except when the product is delivered incorrectly.
V. Promotion items
For any product that is returned without the promotional item(s) that were included in the original transaction, you must return the entire package, otherwise the return cannot be accepted.
